Rates:
$150 per night plus tax (listed below)
6.75% NC Sales tax, 3% Ashe Co Occupancy tax

Max occupancy 4 people
$850 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
2 night minimum preferred for weekends
We do not increase prices for holiday, events, or peak times.
50% deposit required to make reservation payable by check, money order, or Pay Pal

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive full refund less $25. processing fee. No refunds for less than 30 day cancellations. If we are able to rent your booked time, a partial deposit will be issued. You can also use your rental deposit for a stay with us on another date. No refunds for weather conditions, electrical blackouts, or non-functioning amenities.

Check In Policy:

Check in 3:00 pm day of arrival
Reservation must be paid in full prior to arrival
A valid credit card number is required upon check in for security deposit, incidentals, or damage other than normal wear and tear.
We do also accept a $200 cash deposit returned with 7 days.
Provisions can be provided for your convenience. Just ask us how!

Check Out Policy:

Check out is 11:00 am day of departure
Please put all dishes in dishwasher and start.
Please strip bed linens and put dirty sheets/towel in the laundry room.
Turn off the fireplace, stereo and lights.
Please adjust heat to 65 during winter and turn AC off during the summer upon check out.
Please close and lock all windows and doors.
Please gather trash and put in outdoor trash container.

Other Policies

No pets! No smoking inside or out!
No large gatherings or loud parties.
Do not discharge firearms or fireworks.
No open fires.
Please park only on gravel driveway.
The cabin is cleaned prior to your arrival. Maid service is not provided during your stay.
